Cons: The customization are limited and not very flexible.
Verdict: Overall,= it works well for our outpatient addiction clinic but there is room to grow in terms of customization and advanced features.

Pros: This system has made it much easier to track patient progress and notes. The reporting features are simple but effective and we can pull basic data quickly.
Cons: It takes a bit of time to load on older computers which slows us down occasionally.
Verdict: Lightening Step is a helpful tool for behavioral health and I am mostly happy with it but it could be more optimized for speed on slower machines.

Pros: The on boarding process was smooth and they helped us migrate data quickly. Everything is streamlined from intake to discharge and most features are easy to learn.
Cons: Support takes too long to respond when we have issues which is frustrating during busy days.
Verdict: Good software for daily operations but it needs more responsive support to truly shine.
