Pros: TheraNest EMR software is a great EMR system and worked really well for our mid-sized clinic. We see a decent amount of patients every week, and TheraNest EMR software helps us keep track of appointments, scheduling, and patient management through their patient portal. It has made the front desk job much smoother than before.
Cons: There are times when the network is slow during peak hours, but it has been decent overall.
Verdict: So far, we have no complaints about TheraNest EMR Software.

Pros: Our biggest reason for switching to TheraNest EMR software was its revenue management feature. The patient portal and note templates are pretty standard for the industry, but the revenue management tool gives TheraNest the edge over other electronic medical records vendors.
Cons: There are the usual delays and glitches, but nothing to complain about. There has been nothing that has been debilitating to the day-to-day working conditions.
Verdict: We would highly recommend TheraNest EMR software to other behavioral health medical practitioners, especially for its revenue management feature. It really helps align the whole operation to reach their financial goals.

Pros: We onboarded TheraNest EMR software about a year ago and have seen massive improvement. The practice management feature has really helped our small practice, and we have seen more efficiency this year.
Cons: The customer support helpline is difficult to connect with. This is the only problem we have encountered so far.
